Take a trip to Christchurch for an inside glimpse at the lives of eight musicians undertaking a collaborative music project for a one off concert held at the Christchurch Arts Festival. The group is called Throwing Shapes, and all eight musicians perform together on stage, playing each others' original acoustic folk, blues, country and soul-tinged songs. The band consists of Christchurch musicians Matt Barus (of The Dukes), Flip Grater, Lauren (L.A.) Mitchell, Tim Chesney, Jody Lloyd, Adam Mcgrath, Jess Shanks and Matt Allcutt.
