Co. sitting on money desperately needed by disabled - advocate

A privately owned company which distributes funds on behalf of the Ministry of Health is sitting is on half million dollars, which an advocate says is desperately needed by disabled people. Manawanui Support, which Bill English bought in March last year, has a contingency fund that the company says it can't use, because the Ministry of Health might want the money back. But one disability advocate, Jane Carrigan, is questioning why the company is sitting on the fund, when she is having to fight for every cent for those with disabilities. Catherine Hutton reports.
