William Moloney: Invincible

From Sunday Morning, 9:39 am on 20 November 2022

The 1924 All Blacks were known as 'The Invincibles'. They toured the UK, Ireland, France and Canada and won all 32 of their games, including tests against England, Wales, Ireland and France.

There were some legendary names on that team including the amazing George Nepia, Jock Richardson, Cliff Porter, and the Brownlie brothers, Cyril and Maurice.

Almost fully forgotten now is Andrew White, a former All Blacks captain who in the First World War fought at Gallipoli, Messines and the Somme.

Author William Moloney talks about his new book, Invincible.
