Pacific sees only rise in undernourishment globally

New research from the United Nations claims climate change is a key driver in a rise in world hunger because of weather extremes and malnutrition.

A report released by the organisation last week shows the Pacific is at the forefront of the threats, as the only region where undernourishment has risen.

In Papua New Guinea, half of children are stunted by malnutrition, and nearly 20 percent of adults are obese,
