Experts from around the Pacific are being brought together in Nadi in Fiji next week to work out how to improve the region's cyber security.
The Pacific Cyber Capacity Building and Co-ordination Conference is the result of the Pacific Islands Forum's commitment to recognise cyber security as a regional priority.
It is being organised by the Oceania Cyber Security Centre.
RNZ Pacific's Don Wiseman asked the Centre's director, Cameron Boardman how bad was the state of cyber security in the Pacific.
