Bougainville wants a 'working' moderator to solve PNG impasse

With the Papua New Guinea Government failing table the Bougainville independence referendum, the government in Buka wants to go forward on its idea for a moderator to solve the negotiation impasse.

Bougainville's Minister for Independence Implementation, Ezekiel Massatt, hosted UN officials arecently and raised the matter with them.

He told RNZ Pacific's Don Wiseman what he now sees as the solution.
