The head nurse at Rarotonga's hospital is calling on New Zealand to help meet its staffing shortages.
New Zealand's Health Minister Dr Shane Reti visited Rarotonga's hospital during the Pacific Mission last week to find out how the country could offer further support.
RNZ Pacific's Eleisha Foon was there and spoke with Nga Manea, Cook Islands Chief Nurse Officer about their greatest needs.
