Housing and keeping supply up with demand is a massive issue across Aotearoa.
But if you live in Dunedin, there's a housing guardian angel hanging around in the form of businessman Roger Fewtrell.
He's paying back the kindness the city has shown him over the past fifty years with plans to build 60 homes to sell at below cost price to first home buyers.
