Christchurch’s Justice Precinct’s lengthy list of defects

Eighteen months after Christchurch's multi-million-dollar Justice Precinct opened, Checkpoint can reveal a list of defects and design flaws. The problems are so bad the Justice Minister vows it will be the first - and last - of its kind. Logan Church reports.
