The government has unveiled its plan to tackle rising gun violence among gangs, by banning 'high risk' people from having firearms.
Any gang members who appear before the courts will come under the Firearms Prohibition Orders.
The new tool will be at the disposal of judges who will slap the restrictions on any person found to have participated in organised crime.
