Progressive MIQ removal 'concerning' - Export NZ exec director

Exporters fear that MIQ will still be here well into the first quarter of next year after a pilot booking scheme for businesses has been extended into February.

Following an initial trial, 25 managed isolation spots a month are being ring fenced for businesses that need to travel overseas to maintain and grow their market.

Now NZ Trade and Enterprise has written to business laying out next year booking schedule for managed isolation.

Export NZ Executive Director Catherine Beard discusses the details with Lisa Owen.
