More threatening emails have been received by schools, courts, hospitals and places of worship today around the country.
At least 70 emails, which police describe as "of a concerning nature", have been sent out since yesterday morning, causing major disruption.
Multiple schools were shut around the Auckland region, hospitals have been targeted, and the Auckland High Court evacuated because of a bomb threat.
Police initially said they were confident the threats were coming from just one source.
