The owner of one of the South Island's largest before and after school care providers has gone to ground, as parents and staff battle to get money owed.
CASPA and MASH were both put into voluntary liquidation on Friday night.
At the same time, some parents received an email introducing a new care provider Kids Go.
However, staff and parents said it's just a rebrand.
