Hamilton Boys' High admitted to 17 rule breaches across major regattas from 2021 to 2023 and was fined and stripped of several titles.
Now, as Hamilton Boys' chase more silverware at the national championships in Twizel, this week, some are questioning whether the sanctions went far enough.
