Lyttelton is gearing up for the return of SailGP this weekend, and local businesses are hoping it will fill their sails too.
It is the second time the port town near Christchurch is staging the 2 day event, after its debut 12 months ago.
Parking restrictions and road closures, which halted the expected inflow of people into Lyttelton's central hub, sparked grumbles.
12 months later, business owners are eager to underline they're open for the party.
