Excitement for bars as they reopen with restrictions

Today, all bars can finally open their doors for the first time in almost two months. When we first moved to alert level two last week bars could only open if they served food. But that rule lifted today - and now bars can re-open for all - albeit with a list of restrictions. There can only be 100 people inside, and groups have to be a maximum of 10, who all have to be served by a single server. Physical distancing and contact details of customers also need to be kept for four weeks. Well, Woof Bar in Dunedin opened just a week before we went into lockdown, and owner Josh Thomas will be swinging the doors back open again later today. He joins us now
