Auckland's Council is getting the word out this summer about the threat to our ecosystem of imported - and released - pets. Auckland is home to a plethora of exotic animals that started life as domestic pets, and which are now roaming the region in greater and greater numbers. Dr Imogen Basset is Auckland Council's Principal Biosecurity Advisor, and Nathan Raree asked about parrots and how they affect our environment.
