Tapu sperm whale bones stolen from Sth Taranaki shed

Locals are heartbroken and angry after the theives stole sacred items from Otakeho in Taranaki. Tapu Sperm whale bones and teeth were stolen this month from a shed that belongs to the Ngati Haua hapu of Ngaruahine iwi. The Te Korowai o Ngaruahine Trust Chief executive is Te Aorangi Dillon.
