To politics now and the coalition government is looking at cutting the free lunches in schools programme by up to 50 percent. The government said Labour did not set aside enough money to fund the programme in full, but Labour leader Chris Hipkins says Labour detailed full funding for the lunches in their pre-election fiscal plan.
