Wanted: Doctors for remote Scottish islands, $300k salary

If you would love to live on a remote Island with a salary of more than 300 thousand NZ dollars the Outer Hebrides Islands, off Scotland's west coast, are looking for doctors. There are about four and a half thousand residents across the islands. And locals say finding anyone to fill vital community roles is a challenge. Gordon Jamieson is the chief executive of the NHS Western Isles who's heading the recruitment drive. He joined Nathan Rarere to explain the location.
