10:18 Kiwi-made video game launches onto world stage

Today a virtual reality game called 'Wanderer' was released in collaboration between two Auckland studios: M-Theory and Oddboy in a partnership with Sony. This is the first time a major console maker has released a Kiwi-made game. Ben Markby is the co-founder of Oddboy and co-creative director of Wanderer and he joins Karyn to explain how it came to be.

10:26 Busking teenagers flooded with support after theft

Two Taranaki teenagers have been left overwhelmed with support they've received after a cowardly burglary in broad daylight. Last weekend, Sean Grieve and Jack Dixon were busking to save money for university when a group of men stole an entire day's worth of donations from their guitar case. Since sharing their story, they have been flooded with support from their community.

Orchard owners have an exciting new piece of machinery in development known as a 'robo-tractor' . MPI have announced funding towards the project to create a driverless, low emissions tractor which would increase productivity and sustainability. Smart Machine is taking the lead on the three-year endeavour and chief executive Andrew Kersley joins us to explain how it will work.
