Government wants renters' input on regulating property managers

New regulations are about to come in for property managers that it's hoped will make it easier for people who are renting to complain if their property isn't up to scratch. The Government's proposing measures that will ensure property managers have to operate by a code of conduct, with compulsory training. The Associate Minister of Housing, Poto Williams, has released a discussion document for the industry to consider. Leanne Tautari from Rent South in Invercargill talks to Karyn about her industry.
