A row has broken out ahead of the Grammy Awards in April over two nominees in the classical music category. Pianist Jon Batiste is nominated for best contemporary classical composition and violinist Curtis Stewart for best classical instrumental solo. But a group of musicians have written letters to the organisers saying they are nominated in the wrong category and their compositions do not belong to the classical genre.
