Will extra Whānau Ora funding be enough to meet demand?

There have been concerns among Whānau Ora providers that the boost in funding announced in the Budget won't be enough to meet the huge demand from whānau.

The government has topped up the Whānau Ora budget by 136 million dollars over the next two years, with $53 million going to the Covid-19 response, and $73 million for the three commissioning agencies. 

The chair of the north island commissioning agency, Merepeka Raukawa-Tait, spoke to Māni Dunlop.
