The Court of Appeal is today hearing the appeal for the man who murdered British backpacker, Grace Millane, in his CityLife apartment in 2018.
The 28-year-old strangled Ms Millane, before watching pornography, contorting her body into a suitcase and burying it in the Waitakere Ranges.
RNZ's Anneke Smith, is at court and she told Māni Dunlop what the basis was for this appeal.
