Syria: Aid not delivered, fighting continues

Airstrikes are reportedly continuing in areas of the rebel-held enclave of Eastern Ghouta in Syria despite fresh attempts to implement Russia's five-hour pause in the bombardment. The United Nations now says it has documents showing North Korea has been sending equipment to Syria that could be used to make chemical weapons.
