Sexual harassment data to be collected by govt

The government will officially begin to collect data on sexual harassment in the workplace from Monday. The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment already collects data on harassment and bullying, but not specifically on sexual harassment. It will now keep a separate register of all such claims, which it says will help them better understand the scale of the problem. The Equal Employment Opportunities Commissioner is Jackie Blue.
