Night shelter in Rotorua to re-open despite warning

The man behind a night shelter in Rotorua forced to close its doors at the weekend says he plans to re-open it because too many people in the city are homeless. Earlier in July it was revealed people sleeping in the shelter were being shaken awake every half hour because they weren't permitted to sleep there. Its creator, Tiny Deane, says all he wants to do is help the homeless but he's been told he could be fined. Katie Scotcher has the story.
