Criminal Justice Summit 'a counselling session' - National

National is labelling the Criminal Justice Summit a 'counselling session' saying the government should just get on and make changes. About 600 people from all walks of life are taking part in the summit, being held in Porirua north of Wellington. RNZ deputy political editor Chris Bramwell has the story.
