West Coast outraged at racecourse closure recommendation

The report recommends three of the four race tracks on the West Coast be closed. Gone would be the Reefton, Greymouth and Westland tracks. Staying would be the one in Kumara. Westland Race Club's president is Gray Eatwell. He talks to Guyon Espiner.
