UK hits out at Russia at UN over Skripal poisoning

Britain has hit out at Russia at the UN Security Council after charging two Russians with the nerve agent attack on a former Russian spy and his daughter in England in March. The Kremlin has rejected Britain's allegations that Moscow ordered the attempted murder of Sergei and Yulia Skripal. Our correspondent in London is Catherine Drew. She talks to Susie Ferguson.
