MPI criticised over lack of farming expertise

Farmers are complaining people with little or no farming experience are being put in charge of trying to control the cattle disease mycoplasma bovis. The Ministry of Primary Industry had to hire more staff quickly to combat the disease after the government decided it would attempt a world first and eradicate it completely. As Conan Young reports, not all of those brought on board have been up to the job.
