Horowhenua lake activist wins appeal - trustees removed

A long-time activist at Lake Horowhenua is pleased to see the back of the lake's trustees who have all been removed after he won a court case. The Māori Appellate Court upheld Phillip Taueki's claim that the Judge who appointed the trustees in 2016 shouldn't have, and has quashed his decision. But the head of the Trust, Matiu Sword, says it's all wrong and they'll probably appeal. Our Māori news correspondent Leigh-Marama McLachlan reports.
