WADA lifts suspension on Russia

The suspension of Russia's anti-doping agency has been lifted by the World Anti-Doping Agency's executive committee ended a three-year-suspension which followed a major doping scandal. The agency was suspended in November 2015 after the McLaren Report outlined evidence of state-sponsored doping in Russian athletics. David Howman is the former head of the World Anti Doping Agency. He talks to Susie Ferguson.
