Record turnout of early voters in US midterms

There's been a record turnout of early voters as Americans count down to next week's mid-term elections. All the seats in the House and a third of the seats in the Senate are up for grabs on Wednesday, New Zealand time. Democrats are hoping the polls are right and they'll win back control of the House and be able to stall President Donald Trump's political agenda. Our correspondent in Washington DC is Brent Budowsky.
