Smoking in cars with kids must stop - Children's Commissioner

Children's Commissioner Andrew Becroft is demanding MPs stop stalling and ban smoking in cars carrying children. A petition presented to Parliament four years ago to outlaw the practice was backed by Labour, National, the Greens and New Zealand First who recommended a law change. But that hasn't happened, and the Commissioner says that's not good enough.
