Former police officer's long battle to get ACC support for PTSD

The wife of a former front line police officer says his post traumatic stress was made worse by the length of time it took to get help from ACC. The Accident Compensation Corporation accepted his claim in March, but the police and their insurer, Gallagher Bassett, took until November to accept it and pay up.
