From Morning Report, 8:35 am on 30 January 2019

Labour MPs are escaping the Beehive to hold their first caucus meeting of the year in Wairarapa. It follows Cabinet's first meeting for 2019 on Tuesday and the announcement that the Prime Minister is planning a ministerial reshuffle after the budget in May. Deputy political editor Chris Bramwell is in Wairarapa for the all-day caucus.
