Developers give govt their Kiwibuild wish list

As the Housing Minister looks at ways to refine the troubled KiwiBuild scheme, the property sector is already getting in its wish list. After admitting the policy would miss its first year target, Phil Twyford is now looking at ways to incentivise developers to come on board and improve it for first home buyers. The Opposition says it's an admission of failure.
