Auckland ferry service branded a 'disgrace'

Commuters on the Devonport ferry say the Auckland harbour service is a disgrace and chaotic - and it's getting worse. Locals say the ferries can't cope with the increasing numbers of cruise ship tourists over summer. Joanna MacKenzie reports.
