Establishment of Maori Children's Commissioner urged

Maori children are far more likely to be taken from their parents than non-Maori, and more likely to be abused in state care and sent to youth detention. Now, there are growing calls to establish a Maori Children's Commissioner. RNZ Maori News correspondent Leigh-Marama McLachlan reports.
