Phil Goff pledges review of council organisations if re-elected

City agencies such as Auckland Transport and Watercare will come under scrutiny if mayor Phil Goff is re-elected. The council-controlled organisations are frequently accused of being out of touch with the communities they serve. Mr Goff is promising a review as part of his Auckland mayoral campaign.
