Ministers will learn their fate this afternoon when the Prime Minister unveils her first substantive Cabinet reshuffle.
Jacinda Ardern says it will be minor, but she will be looking to largely put in place the team that will contest the 2020 election.
The focus will be on Labour Party ministers however - New Zealand First and Green ministers are pretty much off limits under the deals they struck with Labour.
