The Regional Economic Development Minister Shane Jones says locals are still getting jobs through the Provincial Growth Fund even if that data isn't kept.
The Minister has long spoke of "getting the nephs off the couch", but the fund's officials aren't keeping track of how many of the jobs created through the fund are actually going to locals.
