Rugby World Cup: All Blacks change tactics over record cards

The All Blacks coach Steve Hansen says they've had to rethink their tackle techniques, way of training and their game plan in the wake of a record number of cards being dished out at the Rugby World Cup in Japan. Five red cards and 17 yellows have been handed out as World Rugby and the referees come down hard on anything near the head. Rugby reporter Joe Porter is in Tokyo.
