A New Zealand human rights campaigner who's worked in Afghanistan says her friends in Kabul are frightened.
Marianne Elliot says her former colleagues are seeking to leave, but there is no way out at this stage.
She told Morning Report that there seems to be a small window of time in which the Taliban will allow people to leave, and as many need to be rescued as possible.
