150 Canterbury households who have had to boil their water for the last 18 months have had enough.
Timaru council says the million dollar fix of the problematic water pipe to Waitohi has been held up for ecological reasons and has yet to begin work.

As they wait locals continue to have to buy bottled water and pay for it out of their own pockets.
