20 hours of 'free' early childhood care meets stark opposition

Plans to extend 20 hours of free early childhood care to two-year-olds has been met with stark opposition by the early childhood sector.

A coalition of groups says the policy is unworkable and could actually see some centres close.

Associate Minister for Education, Jo Luxton, spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
