New South Wales Police have charged the bus driver who was behind the wheel when ten passengers died in a fatal wedding bus crash.
A 58-year-old man has been charged with ten counts of dangerous driving occasioning death, driving in a dangerous manner and negligent driving.
He has been refused bail and will appear at Sydney's Cessnock Local Court today.
