Four staff at an Oranga Tamariki youth justice unit have been stood down after a video emerged of two teenage boys attacking another and being egged on by fellow residents.
It happened at the same Auckland facility, Korowai Manaaki, where five youths were on the roof at the weekend causing significant damage.
Oranga Tamariki says the fight happened in mid-June and police are investigating.
